I have done business for several years and until recently their Service was excellent. Now no one is home! Recorded phone message states call volume problem, call back. Total BS same message for weeks on end and no response to email.
Products are great but I would not buy again until this Company problem is resolved.... not sure there is a business going forward??

Worthless

I bought the 7 ton log splitter and it is a complete waste of money. It won’t split anything that has a knot in it. I can split wood easier with a splitting mall Their customer service is nonexistent. I have tried contacting them for over a week now. There is NEVER anyone available to answer a call and they NEVER respond to emails. I would recommend buying ANY other brand.

No pressure

Log splitter stops working when it encounters a knott. Tried contacting boss industrial and can never get an answer. Tried calling multiple times and there is never anyone available to answer a call. Sent multiple emails and not a single reply.

Worth every penny

Great spltter...the only issue I have is that the wheels can not be tightened on the axle in order to make it stable. I ended up propping up the wheel end for stability.
